Baguette

With all this meat- it seems only natural that we make something to put it on. French baguettes, warm out of the oven, slathered with cayenne aioli, thin sliced red onions, piles of fresh arugula, and hot andouille sausage make for a delicious sandwich. Next week- we’ll use the last loaf to sop up some gumbo made with the tasso and andouille.
